Easy Asian Stir Fry
Here's a great dinner recipe for a quick, easy and healthy meal. It's packed with protein, veggies and flavor.
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 6 cups stir-fry vegetables (carrots, snow peas, peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, onion)
- 2 Chicken Breasts, skinless, boneless, sliced
- 1 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 6 tablespoons Tamari
- 3/4 teaspoon Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Directions:
1. In a large skillet over high heat add 1 tablespoon olive oil, sliced chicken breast and seasonings, sauté until chicken is cooked, set aside.
2. In same skillet combine stir-fry veggies and chicken broth, over high heat bring to boil.
3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until veggies are tender. Stir in cooked chicken, serve hot.
